Shipping

All orders are ship by the manufacturer or vendor distribution center. Our providers will attempt to ship your order as soon as they receive it along with the payment.

At this time only SysteMax, MicronPC and Office Supplies offer shipment to  Puerto Rico.

The following shipping methods are available:

UPS Second Day
UPS Overnight
USPS Priority Service

Shipping costs are calculated when you placed the order. Puerto Rico shipping rate is 3.2 times the standard shipping rate.

General Return Policy

Please contact our vendor's Customer Service Department before you make a return unless otherwise specified.  No returns will be accepted without a valid accompanying authorization number and a copy of the original invoice. COMPUMARC will not accept returns of opened software, memory, custom orders or build-to-order (BTO) products. Before returning any product, you must contact the vendor or product manufacturer's Customer Service Department within thirty (30) days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA. Manufacturer restrictions do apply to all products. 

For software, follow the vendor or manufacturers return policy.  All products (unless otherwise noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer’s warranty.  The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. Extended warranties are sometimes offered directly through the manufacturer; please contact the manufacturer if you are interested in purchasing an extended warranty that may not be available through the vendor. ALL returns must be processed pursuant to the Return of Products Instructions listed below. Any deviation from these instructions could result in a delay in processing or a complete forfeiture of your credit.  You may be charge for Shipping fees, minimum order fees and insurance charges.

I aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, I want to hear about it. Let me know if something is wrong and I will do what I can to make it right.
